Job Description:

This position develops and deploys email campaigns that meet client expectations and industry best practices. The E-Mail Analyst maintains the satisfaction of internal operating groups and external clients by providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service. The incumbent interacts with project team members and other technical and development groups.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Manage the end-to-end email execution process from email campaign set-up, testing, QA, live previews and deployment.

- Review email calendar with Production Manager,  including deliverables, timelines and responsibilities using project management tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint, At Task, etc.

- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaign execution.

- Customer Segmentation using ESP filtering and basic knowledge of SQL querying.

- Create Email Programs - one-off or automated sends as well as triggered emails using tools in various ESP providers.

- Ensure emails are not getting filtered/getting delivered to the inbox by tracking deliverability metrics.

- Track email performance including opens, clicks and bounces and summarize results on a segment level when needed

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Applied Science, Mathematics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.  MA, MBA, or MSC in marketing, market research, sociology or a related field is desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years dedicated email marketing experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Extensive knowledge and experience with email best practices including list hygiene, ISP optimization, template design, A/B testing, delivery and deliverability issues, customer segmentation, and analytics/performanc???e??? management.

- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional partners including Account Management, IT, Analytics and external email vendor.

- Creative problem solver able to think through issues and come up with actionable solutions.

- ESP experience a plus (working at or managing.) Exact Target and Silverpop a plus.

- Excellent planning, organization, detail, and time management skills to track multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent track record of driving projects through to completion.

- Experience leading the development, testing and implementation of automated and event triggered email programs.

- Excellent communication both verbally and written, a high degree of professionalism, and comfortable communications skills.

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel; basic HTML and SQL experience required.

Job Description:

he Software Engineer II should have a love for technology and problem solving and a strong desire to deliver quality software as quickly as possible. A strong foundation in agile software development practices and a tendency and passion to stay current within the field are required.

Essential Job Functions:

- Feature implementation: build new features and enhancements for the Allrecipes.com website as well as tools to support content management

- Maintenance: investigate, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for bugs across all systems and tiers

- Architecture: participate in technical design of new and expanding systems and infrastructure

- Testing: work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure known test cases are covered with automated tests.

- Requirements analysis: consume non-technical user stories, providing feedback when necessary, translating into technical documentation, and/or using as a basis for implementation


Qualifications:

 Hands-on experience with service-oriented architecture architecting and delivering SOAP and/or REST web services with strong preference for WCF and/or WebAPI experience.

Microsoft .NET Framework. Proficiency with C#,  ASP.NET MVC, EntityFramework, ADO.NET
 Practical experience with Web UI technologies like AngularJS, jQuery, Backbone, Knockout, Javascript, and HTML/CSS.
Testing and/or automation frameworks like Microsoft Test or NUnit.
 Must be a self-starter, needing little direction and capable of working in a fast-paced development environment

The Art Director works with the MXM Chrysler team members to execute the clients design assignments including email blasts, online content, white papers, videos and web assets. This position also contributes to the overall communication strategy and other special projects. Importantly, this position is to be the design steward and main client contact for the Chrysler client.

Essential Job Functions:

-Network internally and across the industry to stay up on the latest trends and technology and resources.

-Work with Group Design Director to shepherd and organize client brands??? overall look and feel for the Chrysler client. Work as a team member with writers, editors, and account and production staff to effectively execute client objectives with day-to-day interaction.

-Lead the design communications with Chrysler and partner agencies. Manage direct reports to execute visual concepts that accurately reflect client brands and guidelines, and oversee production of custom white papers, scorecards, infographics, videos, websites and all online channels (email, landing pages, web assets). Manage and assign design projects from client- and editor-provided financial information.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor???s degree in Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years related experience

Professional management experience required.

Experience working with clients and presenting in a professional setting

Experience designing email streams, web assets (xml, html & flash), social media skins (Facebook, twitter, YouTube), and wireframes.
