Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) was in pay-per-view mode this holiday weekend with "Sacrifice." At stake: the TNA title held by Mick "DudeLoveCactusJackMankind" Foley. Yeah, that guy. Did he hang on? I'll tell you later. But first, the rest of the card:

Knockouts Monster's Ball Match: Daffney vs. Taylor Wilde
What Should Happen: There are no rules in this affair, other than the match must end inside the six-sided ring. The troubled Daffney battles former friend Wilde. You're paying to watch it. Feels great, huh?

What Will Happen: Daffney, who used to do a Sarah Palin gimmick, will win. Ugh.

Question To Ponder: Where is Todd Palin when you really, really need him?

What Did Happen: Wilde won. Go figure!

Team 3D Invitational Tag Team Tournament Finals: Beer Money vs. The British Invasion:
What Should Happen: The winner not only gets $100,00 from Team 3D, but a title shot against the TNA champs (Team 3D). I'd go with Storm and Roode here. They're the stronger of the two teams, and would give Team 3D a better match. Nothing wrong with BI, but they can wait a bit for the titles.

What Will Happen: Go with Beer Money to grab the money.

Question To Ponder: Why isn't Robert Roode a singles star yet?

What Did Happen: Beer Money prevailed.

X-Division Championship Match: Suicide (c) vs. Christopher Daniels
What Should Happen: Contrary to popular belief, Daniels is not the masked Suicide. What should happen here? How about a 30-minute classic? A match to show the world how great TNA can truly be? Do it!

What Will Happen: Suicide gets the clean pin.

Question To Ponder: Who would name their kid Suicide?

What Did Happen: Suicide kept this belt in an odd OT victory.

Challenge Match: Kevin Nash vs. Samoa Joe
What Should Happen: One guy has really long gray hair and is one bad fall from the nursing home. The other guy used to be the shining star of TNA, but for some reason is now a mid-carder settling for this match. It didn't help that Joe looks like he ate a few Chrysler dealerships. As for the match, the only way Nash should win is by cheating and/or a nasty foreign object. There's nothing at stake here, so that wouldn't upset me. Just don't break a hip, Old Sexy.

What Will Happen: Samoa Joe will win.

Question To Ponder: What weighs less, Samoa Joe or the Island of Somoa?

What Did Happen: Samoa Joe got the clean pin.

TNA Women’s Championship Match: Angelina Love (c) vs. Awesome Kong
What Should Happen: This is the only women’s match you should have to pay to see. That's because Kong is more exciting to watch than a lot of men on the TNA roster. But that doesn't mean she should win back her belt from Love. I'm a sucker for a babyface monster chasing a chicken heel for the gold.

What Will Happen: Love will retain her TNA title.

Question To Ponder: Would Awesome Kong be a household name if she wrestled for WWE?

What Did Happen: Love cheated to win.

TNA Legends Title Match: A.J. Styles (c) vs. Booker T
What Should Happen: This is Booker's fake title he made up to put a belt on himself. Styles took it from him, and this is the return match. The twist this time is that this is an "I Quit" match. Whoever utters those two words first loses. That should be Mr. T. He's the only one who really wants this worthless belt, so let him pine for it.

What Will Happen: Styles will force Booker to say the magic words.

Question To Ponder: If Styles were in WWE, would he just be Another Jobber?

What Did Happen: Booker threw in the towel first. Styles won.

TNA Championship Match: Mick Foley (c) vs. Kurt Angle vs. Sting vs. Jeff Jarrett
What Should Happen: In this dinosaur-heavy main event, there's plenty on the line. If Sting is pinned, he retires. If Foley is pinned, he gives up his belt. If Angle is pinned, he gives up his Godfather role in the Main Event Mafia. If Jarrett is pinned, he gives up control of TNA. I'd have Angle win simply because he's the most credible athlete of these four. Jarrett is close, but I just can't buy him as the champ right now. By the way, the only way the title changes hands is if Foley gets pinned.

What Will Happen: TNA has to put the belt on Angle once again.

Question To Ponder: When Sting wears his long robe into the ring, does he remind you of Bea Arthur in "Maude?"

What Did Happen: Angle got pinned by Maude -- er-- Sting, the new leader of the Main Event Mafia. Foley retains his title.
