Get Help With Adding Your Event To The Calendar

Some Web browsers are not totally compatible with the forms function of our Web site. This means some users may not be able to use the form called "Submit Your Event" on the community page. For this reason, we have created a PDF file that can be printed out and faxed or mailed to the Web site manager.

NOTE: If you are able to see the submission form on the community page, it is highly recommended you use that form rather than the PDF version provided below.

Follow these steps to complete the event submission process:
  1. Click here to open the PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view this file. Click here to download the latest version of the program.
  2. Print out a copy of the form.
  3. Fill out all the fields on the form with as much detail as possible. Be sure to check the boxes next to either a.m. or p.m. for the time categories.

You may fax the completed PDF version of the form to 864-987-1219 or you can mail the completed form to FOX Carolina Community Calendar, Attn: Web site manager, 21 Interstate Court, Greenville, S.C. 29615.

The community calendar is updated once a week, usually on Wednesdays. Using this method, you will not receive a confirmation e-mail when your submission has been received.
