Anthony Cox is the sports anchor of The Ten O'Clock News from 10 to 11 p.m.

Anthony grew up in Portsmouth, Va., and went to school at the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in journalism.

Anthony has worked in television for 12 years, all of it in South Carolina. He came to the Upstate in 1999 and has covered sports for the past 5 years.

Anthony grew up watching ACC basketball and SEC football and 20 years later he would say that it just doesn’t get any better than that.

On the weekends, I love to: Spend time with my wife, when I'm not covering sports.

My favorite movie is: Three way tie between "The Untouchables," "Hoosiers," and "Breaking Away."

My favorite kind of music is: Not played on the radio.

My favorite food is: Anything made by my wife.

Hidden talents: Still searching for them.

Pets: Two very independent cats.

Most Memorable Story: 2004 Clemson - South Carolina football game.
