Clemson University officials said that the school has seen its first case of the H1N1 flu virus, also known as swine flu.

Officials said that a student who lives off-campus came to the health center on campus with flu-like symptoms.

The student is being treated with Tamiflu, officials said.

Officials said the student is not attending summer classes, but it is “highly likely” that there will be more cases of the flu on campus.
