Charlotte, NC -- (Sports Network) - The Charlotte Bobcats made a qualifying offer to point guard Raymond Felton on Tuesday, making him a restricted free agent.

The University of North Carolina product set personal highs in points (1,162), rebounds (310), steals (126) and minutes played (3,086) last season for the Bobcats.

Felton's numbers last season -- his fourth in the league -- were similar to his career marks of 13.6 points, 6.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per contest.

The fifth overall selection of the 2005 Draft is Charlotte's career leader in assists with 2,127.
