A tenant is accusing her landlord of going into her apartment without her permission and using her computer to look up porn and solicit prostitutes, in a lawsuit filed in Greenville County court.

Pam Therien said she was a tenant at the Colony North Apartment Complex when her landlord, Harry Luthi, Jr. went into her apartment and used her computer.

According to the lawsuit, Luthi told Therien that he went inside her apartment in 2006 to check a leak. However Therien said she never reported one.

“She lived by herself, so she obviously noticed some things had been changed in her apartment,” said J.J. Andrighetti, Therien’s lawyer.

The lawsuit states Therien found pornography on her computer between February and March on 2006. She hired a private investigator to install spyware on her computer and a hidden camera in her apartment, the lawsuit says.

Andrighetti said his client caught Luthi on tape going in and out of her apartment.

Luthi denied abusing his rights as a landlord to gain access to the apartment, according to Andrighetti.

FOX Carolina contacted Luthi, but he had no comment. Luthi’s lawyer was also contacted, but he never returned the phone call.
