26 Arrested In Seneca Drug Raid

13 Others Sought In Roundup

Seneca police arrested 26 people and were searching for 13 others in a drug raid that happened early Friday morning.

Police said officers with the department’s narcotics division started the roundup at 7 a.m.

Officers said 39 people are wanted on more than 100 warrants.

Police said the roundup is the result of a 4-month-long investigation.

Seneca police officers were being assisted by U.S. marshals and deputies from Pickens, Anderson and Oconee counties.

Police said they will work through the night to locate the remaining 13 people.
