Police in Travelers Rest said they arrested a group that is responsible for at least 10 break-ins in the area.

They said the group, which calls itself the "Pine Ridge Posse," broke into homes on Montford Court, South Creek Drive, McElhaney Road and several apartments at Brookside Pointe.

For two weeks, officers said they had been investigating the break-ins. They said they received a tip from a resident who called in a tag number which led to the arrest of three teens.

Another neighbor took pictures while teens ran out of one woman's home, police said.

"Teamwork with citizens is huge," said Travelers Rest police Chief Lance Crowe.

"It's scary. I used to not be scared, but now I'm paranoid. I never thought it would happen here," said burglary victim Jennifer Lewis.

Police said all of the burglars range in age from 14-18. They said so far, they've arrested three juveniles and one adult.

Police said they aren't releasing any of the identities of the suspects right now because the case is still ongoing and more arrests will be coming.
