GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Greenville County deputies arrested 33-year-old Sandy Emery on Saturday afternoon on drug charges that were not related to the September drowning deaths of her toddlers.According to her arrest warrant, Emery was in possession of more than 10 grams of crystal rock that deputies said field tested positive for methamphetamine.Emery has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $52,000.On Sept. 28, Pickens County investigators said Emery’s two children drowned in a pool at a home on Rotterdam Road in Easley. They said Emery first found Lacie, 2, floating in the pool, and then a short time later rescue crews found Carter, 3, at the bottom of the pool.Investigators ruled the toddlers' deaths accidental. No charges were filed. The Pickens County coroner said the cause of the death for both children is consistent with drowning.
