PIEDMONT, S.C. -- The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating a death at a mobile home off Piedmont Highway.

Investigators said dispatch received a 911 call Saturday afternoon reporting an apparent suicide at the home.

Neighbors told FOX Carolina they heard a gunshot and saw a man running from the home.

The coroner confirmed 48-year-old Karen Marie Rojas was found dead at the residence.

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday to determine the cause of death.

Deputies said they were interviewing neighbors and witnesses.
