SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Deputies said that a Boiling Springs man was arrested after he sexually assaulted a girl who is under 11 years old.Timothy McCormick, 37, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor on Tuesday afternoon.Deputies said the alleged sexual assault happened in April.McCormick was being held at the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
