2 Killed In 2-Car Collision In Pauline

Both Died At Scene, Coroner Says

The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said that two people were killed in a two-car collision on Saturday in Pauline.

The crash happened at about 6 p.m. on Blackstock Road.

Officials said that 25-year-old Justin Philbeck, of Woodruff, and 80-year-old Frances Billings, of Enoree, were killed in the crash.

The coroner said that both Philbeck and Billings were drivers of the vehicles. There was no one else in either of the cars.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene, the coroner said.
