COWPENS, S.C. -- Three people were able to escape a fire at a home in Cowpens on Tuesday morning.The fire happened at about 5 a.m. at a mobile home on Bud Arthur Bridge Road.Investigators said they believe an electrical issue is to blame for the blaze.The back bedroom was damaged in the blaze.One person inside the home cut his arm, but was expected to recover.
