SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Spartanburg County deputies were kept busy on Tuesday night by two stabbings that happened about an hour apart.

The first stabbing happened on Dodd Street in Wellford at about 8:30 p.m. Investigators said that one person was taken to a local hospital. Their condition was not released.

The second stabbing happened on Whitlock Street near the Spartanburg Fairgrounds about an hour later. Investigators said that a woman was also taken to a local hospital. Her condition was not released.

So far, no arrests have been made in either case.
