2 Bodies Found In NC Mobile Home

Bodies Have Been There For 1-2 Weeks, Deputies Say

Detectives said two bodies were found inside a mobile home in northern Buncombe County on Thursday.

The bodies were found in a home on Kaitlyn Drive at about 1:30 p.m.

Ross Dillingham, with the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office, said it that deputies were conducting a wellfare check when they found the bodies. He said that it appears the bodies have been there for one to two weeks.

Neighbors said a mother and son lived in the mobile home.

Officials have not released their names.
