The Anderson County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating a shooting at 204 Willingham Road that occurred just after 5 a.m. Sunday.

Capt. Darryl Hill said Tony McJunkins was shot twice. His condition was not immediately available.

McJunkins had recently moved out of the residence after breaking up with his ex-girlfriend, Hill said. He said that McJunkins returned to the residence Sunday morning for an unknown reason.

Hill said that McJunkins was asked to leave by his ex-girlfriend, but he refused. He said that McJunkins and his ex-girlfriend's son got into an altercation outside the residence. Hill said that at some point during the altercations, the woman fired a weapon.

The woman and her son were arrested, Hill said. He said that as of Sunday afternoon, warrants had not been signed for either one. Their names have not been released.
