Two people were arrested and a home condemned after authorities found a methamphetamine lab inside a Mauldin home on Monday, Greenville County deputies said.

The lab was found at 103 Hyde Circle at about 9:30 a.m.

Investigators said that they received information that indicated there may be a drug lab at the home. They said that once deputies obtained a search warrant, they found various containers, tubing and chemicals that are commonly associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine inside.

Deputies said that 34-year-old William Farr, who lived at the home and 25-year-old Ashley Davenport, of Simpsonville, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Both were being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.

Deputies said that Mauldin code enforcement officials condemned the home.
