NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. -- North Charleston police said that they found a missing 1-month-old boy whose disappearance prompted a statewide Amber Alert.According to authorities, Angel Perez was found unharmed at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in Summerville.Andrea Walker, 19, of North Charleston, was arrested and charged with kidnapping in connection with the baby's disappearance.Police said that the infant was taken to a local hospital, where he was reunited with his parents.Investigators said that the Amber Alert was issued after the boy's 26-year-old mother left the infant inside a running vehicle Monday and then ran into a post office to drop off mail. They said that when she returned to her vehicle, the child was gone.The Amber Alert was canceled when the boy was found.A press conference was scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday.
