2 Arrested After Bank Robbery In Spartanburg
Suspect, Possible Accomplice Are Behind Bars

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Two men from Union County were arrested Thursday after police said they were linked with a bank robbery in Spartanburg on Tuesday.Officers said Harold Scott, of Union, robbed the First Citizens Bank on East Main Street in Spartanburg. They said he was caught on the bank's surveillance camera.Police said Scott was captured in Union County Thursday night after a brief chase.Investigators also arrested Francis Johnson, of Buffalo. He's charged with accessory before and after the fact of a felony.Police said Johnson took Scott to the bank and helped him with the money after the robbery.Johnson's bond was set at $15,000 during a bond hearing Thursday night. Scott's bond was set at $50,000 during a bond hearing Friday morning.
