Rivera Found Guilty Of 2nd Murder 2-12-2010

Convicted killer Raymondeze Rivera was found guilty of a second murder on Friday afternoon.
The jury deliberated for about 10 minutes before finding Rivera guilty of killing 28-year-old Kwana Burns.
Rivera claims that he was hired to kill Burns. The mother's body was found in her home in December 2006.
Rivera was convicted in 2008 of strangling 27-year-old Asha Wiley, who was also killed in 2006. He was sentenced to life in prison.
During his first murder trial, Rivera testified that he killed Burns in front of her child and thought about killing the child as well. He said that the fact that he has a child of his own stopped him.
Rivera asked to testify during his second trial, but the judge refused his request.
