Awards/Recognitions:

  • 2009 Best Hard News Story, West Virginia Broadcasters Association

On the weekends, I love to: watch C-SPAN, because I love politics. I also like to read and hit the gym.

My favorite movie is: "Coming To America."

My favorite kind of music is: R&B and old school rap.

My favorite food is: Steak.

Most memorable story: My most memorable story happened during my on-air internship at WBOY-TV in Clarksburg, W.V. It involved a camel named Poon. Poon decided to use the woman who was painting a nearby fence as his mattress. The woman screamed for help, but no one was around to hear her. Luckily, she had her cell phone to call 911 for help. I obtained a copy of her 911 call and talked with the dispatcher who took the call. She survived the attack. To this day, I still haven't figured out what Poon the camel was doing in West Virginia.
