ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

The two suspects connected with the fatal shooting of a Pickens county man and Spartanburg bank robbery in September went before a judge Monday in Asheville.

Tavish Yeargin and Kayla Williams waived extradition at the Buncombe County District Courthouse and officials from Pickens County will have 10 days to retrieve them.

Along with Nyia Utsey, who is already back in the Pickens County Sheriff's Office custody, the three are connected to the death of Sean Dinneen on Sept. 18., stealing his car and robbing a Spartanburg bank before they were caught in Asheville on Sept. 21.

It is not known at this time when they will return to Pickens county.
