How the Angel Tree works - FOX Carolina 21

Each year, the Angel Tree program by The Salvation Army aims to make sure needy children have presents under the Christmas tree. But in order to achieve this goal, they need your help!
Beginning Nov. 25th, you can find an Angel Tree at a location near you (click here for a list of locations). The tree will contain paper angels with the name, age, clothing sizes and wish list for a needy child in your area.
Once you pick your angel from the tree, have fun shopping for the items on the list.
After you finish shopping, return the gifts that you've purchased to the location at which you picked up your angel. The gifts are then sorted and packed for the children.
On Dec. 20th, the gifts will be given to the child that you picked.
You can feel great, knowing that you've helped put a smile on a needy child's face this holiday season.
