Deputies arrested three people after they say there were caught purchasing Sudafed.

The Laurens County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division said the three people had been buying the medicine for the purpose of manufacturing methamphetamines, and during their investigation they caught them buying the drugs.

Deputies said they initiated a traffic stop, found the Sudafed and other items used in making methamphetamines inside the vehicle.

Deputies arrested were Christopher Lyles, 35, of 304 Henderson Rd., Waterloo; Angela Skidmore, 27, and Christopher Quarles, 29, both of 584 Skillet Road, Waterloo.

All three were charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
