
Greenville County deputies said an armed man robbed a Citgo store in Greenville about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday and they were searching the area for the suspect.
Deputies said the robbery happened at the Citgo gas station at 2020 N. Pleasantburg Drive when a male wearing a dark bandana walked into the store, showed a weapon and demanded money from the clerk.
The man left the store and possibly got into a vehicle, according to investigators. He was about 5'6" tall and 140 pounds wearing a black hoodie and a white shirt over it, tan pants and gray gloves.
Deputies said no one was injured during the incident. There is no vehicle description at this time.
