Dillon Brundage (Greenville Co. Sheriff's Office)
GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Deputies said a Greenville credit union was robbed Tuesday afternoon after the suspect used a note saying he was armed.
Greenville County deputies said they responded to the CPM Federal Credit Union at 6709 White Horse Road about 2 p.m. following the armed robbery.
Deputies said witnesses saw a young, white male wearing a long sleeve, white T-shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap handed the teller a note, received money in return, and then fled in a vehicle. The warrant said the man threatened the teller with the note, demanding money.
Not far away, deputies said they saw the suspect exit his vehicle and flee on foot, eventually arresting him on Lora Lane.
Dillon Brundage, 21, of Easley, was charged with armed robbery and was taken to the Greenville County Detention Center where his bond was set at $10,000.
Deputies said Brundage could face a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years in prison if he is convicted.
