Last night, Andy Wood posted a great write-up on the weekend system - so rather than re-writing his forecast (which still looks great), I'll keep it short and sweet and focused on today's weather.
It's another foggy morning out there - and Dense Fog Advisories have been posted for parts of our area through 8 AM. This advisory includes some of our bigger cities - Anderson, Greenville and Spartanburg. There's less fog as you head up into the higher elevations - but you could still encounter some patchy dense fog in parts of WNC early this morning.
Once the fog lifts, it will be a nice spring-like afternoon! Temperatures will be mild - rising into the upper 50s in WNC and the low/mid 60s in the Upstate. We'll see brighter conditions than yesterday under partly cloudy skies.
The weekend will start off dry, but by Saturday afternoon/evening we'll begin to see some big changes... see Andy's post for more on that! Hope you have a great weekend!!
