GREENWOOD, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Lander University police said Friday night they arrested two Presbyterian College football players in connection with the sexual assault of three female Lander students last week.

The attack happened about 10:15 p.m. on March 21 at the women's apartment at Bearcat Village.

According to an incident report, two men stormed into their apartment after one of the women opened the door to see who was knocking. It said the men pointed guns at the women, and made them perform sexual acts.

On Friday, police said they arrested 19-year-old Bobby Henderson III, of Orlando, FL, in connection with the attacks. He was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree burglary and kidnapping. They said Henderson gave investigators a statement of his involvement in the attacks.

About an hour after announcing Henderson's arrest, police said 19-year-old Cameren Jones, of Mauldin, turned himself in to authorities. He was also charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree burglary and kidnapping.

Both Henderson and Jones were denied bond by a judge Saturday morning.

According to gobluehose.com, Henderson plays tight-end for Presbyterian College's football team and Jones plays running-back. Both men are freshman, according to the website.

According to the school, Jones played at Christ Church Episcopal High School in Greenville and Henderson played at Apopka High School in Central Florida his senior year. Henderson also played at Central Florida Christian Academy and Aviano High School in Italy.

As of Monday, the two were no longer listed on the football team's current roster.

Presbyterian College said both students were suspended and would not be allowed on campus, pending the outcome of their cases.
