HONEA PATH, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A car crashed into the Post Office in Honea Path on Monday afternoon.
The crash happened at 312 N. Shirley Ave.
Honea Path Police Chief David King said that a woman was parking her car when it lunged forward and crashed into the front of the building. He said that no one was injured in the crash.
A spokesman for the United States Postal Service said that until firefighters say it is safe for people to go inside the building, customers will not be able to pick up their mail or use counter services.
It was not immediately clear if charges will be filed in connection with the crash.
