Temps will be 7-8 degrees warmer than normal for Thursday and Friday...funny to think about early this week when we were dealing with a frost/freeze threat!
Here's a quick glimpse at what we are expecting through the weekend:
Thursday: Isolated showers and a few clouds around in the AM, then scattered t-storms for the mountains in the afternoon as a cold front moves in. Highs will make the low 80s for Upstate and mid 70s in the mountains. A few showers and storms will drift into the Upstate during the evening, but best rain chance is in the mountains at 50%.
Friday: Front will stall over us, which will act to focus some showers and storms during the heat of the day. 40% rain chance, temps in the 80s for the Upstate again and mid 70s in the mountains.
Saturday: Should be mostly dry, as we wait on another front for Sunday. Very warm in mid 80s for Upstate and around 80 in the mountains.
Sunday: a few showers and storms late day, with highs in the mid 70s for mountains and low 80s in the Upstate. It will turn much cooler by early next week!
