Henderson Co. man accused of shooting sister-in-law

A Henderson County man was accused of shooting his sister-in-law in the neck on Sunday.

Deputies say 66-year-old Joseph Krawiec was arrested near the scene. Law enforcement officers were called out last night to the domestic disturbance on Dana Road.

The victim, Krawiec's sister-in-law, was taken by ambulance to Mission Hospital. There was no information given on her condition.

Krawiec was being held at the Henderson County Jail on $80,000 bond. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.
