Police search for wanted man in Simpsonville

SIMPSONVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Simpsonville police said they were using search dogs to look for a wanted man Wednesday afternoon.

Police said that someone at the Walmart on Grandview Drive noticed a man, identified as Calvin Goggins, shopping in the store. They said Goggins is wanted in Clinton on charges of burglary and conspiracy.

Investigators said that when officers arrived, Goggins fled. They said search dogs and other police units were called to the area to search for him.

Police said they do not believe Goggins is dangerous.
