One person stabbed in Union County

Union County deputies are investigating an early morning stabbing. Deputies say the victim was stabbed in the 1200 block of Old Buncombe Road.

It happened just before 2 a.m.

We're told the victim was rushed to the hospital but no other details were immediately released.
