ANDERSON, SC (AP/FOX Carolina) -

The man accused of killing two people in 2009 in Ohio was arrested in Anderson on Wednesday, deputies said.

Anderson County deputies said the U.S. Marshals located Terrance Snowden, who had been living at the Mount Vernon Place Apartments on Miracle Mile Drive in Anderson.

Snowden was accused of fatally shooting two people inside a Dayton, OH home.

Investigators said Snowden killed 39-year-old Gerald Brown and 27-year-old Dennis Glover during an argument in March 2009.

Snowden and 31-year-old Kenneth Pope Jr. were indicted on murder charges last year. Pope is in custody and is awaiting trial.

He was being held at the Anderson County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Ohio.
