GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Greenville man accused of kidnapping two girls in April is now accused of committing a lewd act on one of the girls while she was in his apartment, police said.

Clayton Jones was charged Monday with one count of lewd act on a minor and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Police said the new charges were filed following their investigation into the alleged kidnapping April 29.

According to the warrants, Jones rubbed the girl inappropriately while she was sitting on his shoulders attempting to get a wig off of a shelf in his Villa Road apartment.

When police searched his apartment April 30, they said they seized several computers and found a video on Jones' bedroom computer of a juvenile girl engaged in a sexual act with an adult male.

Jones has been held at the Greenville County Detention Center since his arrest April 30.

He was initially charged with two counts of kidnapping after police said the mother of one 7-year-old girls reported her missing then found her and another 7-year-old girl in Jones' apartment wearing wigs and makeup.

Jones, who is a registered sex offender, was denied bond on the kidnapping charges. He was issued a $25,000 bond on the two new charges.
