Deputies said they need help finding a missing 20-year-old who suffers from depression and was last seen May 2.
Spartanburg County deputies were notified May 15 that Crystal Freeman was last seen at a Midland Drive home in Spartanburg County. Freeman's mother reported her missing and said she suffers from depression and is supposed to take medication to treat her symptoms.
Deputies said Freeman was supposedly staying at a cousin's house, but he had not seen her in a while.
Freeman's mom told deputies that she had recently broken up with her boyfriend, but when she last talked to her on the phone she seemed to be in good spirits.
Calls to Freeman's cell phone have gone to voicemail and a comment on her Facebook page from her boyfriend asking if she was OK, concerned her mother, deputies said.
Family and friends have not seen Freeman and have not been able to contact her by cell phone since she was last seen. They said the last time they saw her several weeks ago she was happy and healthy.
If anyone has seen on Freeman or knows where she may be located they are asked to call the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office at 864-503-4500 or CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
