ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A fuel-and-lube truck was stolen from an Anderson construction site, deputies said.
Anderson County deputies said the 1996 Freightliner truck worth more than $55,000 was stolen from a construction site near Cinema Center and East Beltline Boulevard on Friday.
The truck has about 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel that was being used for a construction project and is owned by Thrift Development Corporation, deputies said.
Investigators ask anyone who may have information about the stolen vehicle to call them at 864-260-4400 or Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIMESC.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that assists in the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
