Western NC Rain and Storms Around Midday - FOX Carolina 21

1:30pm Radar Update: Some bite-sized storms have been firing in Western NC and portions of northeast Georgia during the last hour. None of these are carrying large hail or damaging winds, but there is some heavy rain falling in a few areas.
This Afternoon: More scattered storms are expected this afternoon, but we aren't expecting nearly as much widespread rain or storm activity as we had on Tuesday. Highs will reach the low 80s for Upstate towns while Western NC deals with highs in the middle-upper 70s.
