Pickens man gets 10 years for molesting boy

PICKENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Pickens man was sentenced to 10 years in prison last Thursday after admitting to molesting a boy more than three years ago.

Dustin Stanton, 28, pleaded guilty to committing a lewd act upon a child under 16.

Prosecutors said evidence showed that Stanton sexually molested the boy, who was between 4 and 5 years old. They said the case was reported to the Department of Social Services by a family member.
