BEREA, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Greenville County deputies were investigating an armed robbery at a Berea bank Thursday afternoon.
The robbery happened about 2:45 p.m. at the Wells Fargo branch at 2312 W. Parker Rd.
Deputies did not immediately release details of the robbery, but they described the robber as male, black, 5'5" tall, with a slender build and wearing dark clothes. They said the man fled the scene on foot.
Anyone with information about the robbery was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 864-23-CRIME (864-232-7463).
