ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Asheville police said they arrested a man who kicked in the door of an office building and got away with $15 in change.

The break-in happened early Saturday morning at 46 Haywood St.

Police said that someone broke into the building and rummaged through nine offices inside, causing about $5,000 in damage.

Investigators said that a review of surveillance video helped to identify the suspect as 35-year-old William Lamm, who has been charged in connection with a similar burglary at the Flat Iron Building in downtown.

Lamm was arrested Tuesday morning. He was charged with nine counts of breaking and entering and two counts of larceny after breaking and entering. He was being held in jail on $13,500 bond.
