Police: Naked man found wandering through Asheville

ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Asheville police said they arrested a man early Monday morning who was found wandering through a neighborhood while naked.

Police said that about 5:50 a.m. a caller reported a naked man walking in the middle of the street near the intersection of Montford Avenue and Soco Street.

The man, later identified as 39-year-old Christopher Ernst, was found at the scene and arrested when officers arrived, police said.

Ernst was charged with intoxicated-and-disruptive and indecent exposure. He was being held in jail on $500 bond.
