SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A 52-year-old woman told deputies two women shoved her and tried to take the items she was looking at while shopping at a Spartanburg Goodwill store, deputies said.

The woman told Spartanburg County deputies that about noon Tuesday she was shopping at the Blackstock Road store when two women came up to her - who looked like a mother and daughter - and the younger one grabbed what she was holding.

When the woman refused to give up the item, the younger woman used her hands and body to push her onto the floor, deputies said.

When she hit the ground, the woman told deputies the older lady began to curse at her while the younger female started grabbing her wrist and hands to get the items from her.

An employee helped pull them off of her and as she began to call 911, they fled out the employee door, deputies said.

Deputies said the assistant manager was able to read off their tag number before they left.

The sheriff's office report did not say if charges would be filed against the women.
