Atlantic Health Solutions has purchased DataSolv Services, acquiring all of their medical management clients, taking over their business and expanding Atlantic’s reach to the Western United States.

Atlantic Health Solutions announces today that they have officially completed the acquisition of DataSolv Services. DataSolv provides medical management applications software and services for Physician's Offices, IPAs, PPOs, HMO Systems, and self-managed medical insurance programs.

The acquisition provides Atlantic, based on the East Coast, with the opportunity to increase their presence in the Western portion of the United States. DataSolv, based in Pueblo, Colorado, has been in business for over 30 years and shares the same goals as Atlantic, with a motto stating, “We Let Doctors be Doctors.” The relationship preserves the strengths of DataSolv while allowing for unlimited growth with the aid of Atlantic’s resources.

DataSolv has experience doing billing and third party administration for a number of medical specialties, including anesthesiology, a sector in which Atlantic has been working to increase business.

This acquisition has already been implemented and will mean success and growth for Atlantic Health Solutions and their newly acquired billing, collection, credentialing and accounts receivable clients.
