Man accused of sexually assaulting girl, 16

RUTHERFORDTON, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Rutherford County deputies said they arrested a man who sexually assaulted a teenage girl Thursday.

Deputies said that Joseph McKinney provided alcohol to the 16-year-old girl and assaulted her.

McKinney was charged with sexual battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of second-degree sexual offense. He was being held in the county jail on a $103,500 bond.
