Moped driver killed in Laurens County

LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A man traveling down Highway 25 on a moped was killed Friday night in Laurens County.

The coroner was called to the scene after 10 p.m.

Officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the accident happened on Highway 25 near Nuance Drive.

Information on what caused the crash was not immediately available.
