Small earthquake reported near Pacolet

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The United States Geological Survey reported a small earthquake near Pacolet in Spartanburg County on Tuesday afternoon.

The agency said the 2.0 magnitude quake shook the ground about 4 p.m. two miles northwest of Pacolet or about eight miles east-southeast of Spartanburg.

No damage or injuries were reported.
