The 2012-13 Clemson men's basketball schedule has been released and includes several nonconference games including Purdue and Arizona.
The tentative schedule includes games against Atlantic Coast Conference schools Boston College, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest at home.
The Tigers' 15-game home schedule will include nonconference opponents Purdue on Nov. 28 and Arizona on Dec. 8. Clemson will begin its 2012-13 schedule at home against Presbyterian College on Monday, Nov. 12.
The game against Purdue is the Boilermakers' second trip to Clemson in six years and Arizona's first.
Clemson will play in the 2012 Old Spice Classic in Orlando, FL over the Thanksgiving holiday. The Tigers will face Gonzaga in the opening round, ESPN announced last week. Also on Clemson's side of the bracket are Oklahoma and University of Texas El Paso.
As a part of conference play, the Tigers will face Duke in Durham and host the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill at home.
The schedule is tentative until the ACC releases the final schedule by the end of August, after television selections have been announced.
