Fredrick Jeter (Union Public Safety Dept.)UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -
An Union man is accused of trying to commit lewd acts on two young girls, according to police.
Union police said they were contacted by the victims' grandmother about the alleged incidents that happened in 2005.
According to the arrest warrants, 38-year-old Fredrick Jeter pulled his pants down and tried to make one girl touch him.
Another warrant said Jeter attempted to make another girl touch him then held someone else down on a bed before she ran away.
Jeter was arrested and charged with attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor under age 11 and attempting a lewd act on a child under age 16.
He was being held at the county jail on a $35,000 bond.
